By submitting this form and checking the box at the bottom, you agree to the following terms for your live Discord playtest session of Cybordz.
You consent to sharing your screen via Discord while the developer (Penitent Games, LLC) observes the gameplay session (video + audio). No recording of any kind will be made.
This is an early development build. Feel free to share general impressions, funny moments, and high-level feedback publicly. However, please do not share direct download links, full unreleased mechanics breakdowns, or internal dev info until we move to the public demo. This helps us control spoilers and keep the launch exciting.
You will receive a personal, non-transferable Steam playtest key. You may not share, sell, give, or otherwise distribute the key to any other person.
The key is valid only while the game is in playtesting and may be revoked at any time. It does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of access to the final release.
All feedback, suggestions, bug reports and ideas you provide become the sole property of Penitent Games, LLC. We may use them freely to improve Cybordz without additional compensation beyond the rewards listed below.
In exchange for a session of at least 30 minutes and honestly answering the 6 feedback questions, Penitent Games, LLC will:
You may request a pseudonym to be used in the credits. All pseudonym requests are subject to Penitent Games, LLC's sole approval. We reserve the right to use your real name or omit the credit entirely if the requested pseudonym is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable for public credits.
These rewards are contingent on the game being released commercially. If Cybordz is not released, no alternative compensation will be provided.
Your name, email address, and Discord handle are collected only to schedule and run the playtest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
This is a pre-alpha prototype. It may crash, have balance issues, missing features, or be frustrating. You play at your own risk.
Penitent Games, LLC is not liable for any data loss, hardware issues, or other problems. The game is provided "as-is" with no warranties.
You confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Either party may end the session at any time. If you do not complete the minimum 30 minutes + feedback questions, you will not receive playtester credit or a free copy.
