• Name, Discord handle, Steam username, controller type, and scheduling preferences — if you book a live playtest session, we collect this information directly and store it in our own database to coordinate and confirm your session.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• IP address — collected server-side when you submit a form. Used for spam/fraud prevention and stored as part of the subscription record.
• Usage data and cookies — collected via Google Analytics and Twitter/X advertising pixels on every page visit. This includes pages viewed, time on site, browser type, and general location (city/region level).
