1. Sharing Guidelines

This is an early development build. Feel free to share general impressions, funny moments, and high-level feedback publicly. However, please do not share direct download links, full unreleased mechanics breakdowns, or internal dev info until we move to the public demo. This helps us control spoilers and keep the launch exciting.

2. Feedback Ownership

All feedback, suggestions, bug reports and ideas you provide become the sole property of Penitent Games, LLC. We may use them freely to improve Cybordz without additional compensation beyond the rewards listed below.

3. Your Steam Key & Non-Transfer

The key you receive is a personal playtest key. It is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, give, or otherwise distribute the key to any other person.

The key is valid only while the game is in playtesting and may be revoked at any time. It does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of access to the final release.

4. Your Data

Your email address is collected to deliver your Steam Key and send playtest-related updates if you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. "As-Is" Disclaimer & Liability

This is a pre-alpha prototype. It may crash, have balance issues, missing features, or be frustrating. You play at your own risk.

Penitent Games, LLC is not liable for any data loss, hardware issues, or other problems. The game is provided "as-is" with no warranties.
